Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about our store policy that may apply to you.
At Cambodian Hair Freak, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected before leaving our warehouse. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed. This may delay the shipping of your order.
Accounts created are at our sole discretion and are used for placing orders/adjusting account user information/tracking packages, etc. To our sole discretion, we have the right to create/disable/adjust any account through our system for any reason. We will never sell or use the information for marketing purposes that have not been granted permission to prior. We also hold the right to refuse/refund/decline purchases as we see fit for any reason.
Our Cambodian human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. It is part of the fun of buying and wearing premium quality Pure Cambodian hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!
Since we only supply Cambodian hair it comes in natural shades of 1 (Black), 1B (Off Black), 2 (Dark Brown), and 2B (dark brown with natural highlights/undertones). If you have a preference of shade, please add a note upon ordering so we can try our best to custom color match your order to your desires.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PT. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day unless it is a holiday. Please remember we adhere to a Processing Time that is updated on our "Announcement Bar" located at the top of our website. For Hair Bundles/Closure Orders, processing time is currently 7-14 Business Days (does not include weekends/holidays).
For Custom Lace Wigs, processing time is currently 15-28 Business Days (does not include weekends/holidays).
For real time processing time frames, please feel free to contact us to inquire. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we will not hold product for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Also, some items may be "out of stock" upon ordering demands and updates as well as product changes will be addressed via email before order is shipped out to ensure full satisfaction of our customers. This may delay processing and shipping time as we will wait to be updated on desired action from customer. We will ensure we process orders quickly once confirmation of desired action has been successfully made.
At Cambodian Hair Freak, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Once our hair bundles/closures/lace wigs/hair care products, etc. have been altered/manipulated/not in original condition/lace cut/ product worn/used, company tags removed, etc., ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Customers have 3 Days (from the date of successful "Delivery" status) to state any issues with the products received and to explore additional available options to render solutions that adhere to this "Terms & Conditions Policy".
We highly suggest & recommend to please wait until your order has been received to make any appointments or any future plans (salon visits, special events, occasions, etc.).
We will not be responsible, held liable, or assume responsibility for any missed appointments, cancelled appointments, missed events, etc. due to orders not being received in time for such events.
Due to the nature and usage of our product, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS / ADDITIONS / etc. to orders once they have been successfully submitted after 24 HOURS.
Successfully submitted orders that exceeds 24 HOURS will process accordingly in compliance with our processing procedure/time frame and ship using selected shipment method and NO CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS/ADJUSTMENTS/ADDITIONS/etc.
Due to the nature and usage of our product, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/etc.

EXPRESS SHIPPING DOES NOT BYPASS THE PROCESSING TIME PREVIOUSLY STATED FOR ORDERS.
For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Please remember each order adheres to a Processing Time before it is shipped which can be located on the top of our website in the "Announcement Bar" or on our "Orders & Processing Times" Section.
We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at CambodianHairFreak@gmail.com
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent, you will need to contact USPS in order to correct the shipping address adjustment and follow their instructions on making the necessary changes. Cambodian Hair Freak will not be liable for address changes or shipping delays/lost/damaged/missing content packages in event of an address change. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you (the buyer/customer) will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGES LOST VIA USPS MAILING. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR HELD LIABLE/RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST WHILE IN THE SHIPPING CARRIER CARE.
Please message us for possible recovery methods and we will do our best to recover the package/continue processing through the shipping carrier recommended means/method.

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a claim will be filed on your behalf with USPS. PLEASE NOTE that additional Shipping Insurance is offered at checkout for this particular reason. Please take advantage of this option to ensure your order is covered and can be refunded through the authorized Shipping Insurance Carrier. USPS only affords $100 in Shipping Insurance!
***Cambodian Hair Freak will not resend or refund a package once it shows it was "ACCEPTED" or "IN TRANSIT" on the USPS tracking number!

We ship worldwide via USPS International Priority/Express to deliver our products promptly. Cambodian Hair Freak will not take any responsibility nor have any control over customs charges or shipping issues.
For shipping issues, we will contact USPS right away to resolve any situations that arise. We will not replace, refund, or return any packages that have "Accepted" or "Processing" or any variation status.
For customs issues, we cannot and will not take responsibility or have control over any customs charges in overseas regions. We will not accept returns, replace items, issue refunds, or accept exchanges for any packages refused customs charge or with an "Accepted", "Processing" or any variations status.
Cambodian Hair Freak., reserves the right at our discretion to make changes/updates to prices, hair textures, styles, policies and procedures at any time necessary. Please check this page periodically for changes.
COPYRIGHTS, AND OTHER RIGHTS
Cambodian Hair Freak LLC, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Cambodian Hair Freak will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Cambodian Hair Freak is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Cambodian Hair Freak LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

With the exception of your personal information, any communication or material you send to the Cambodian Hair Freak. site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to the Cambodian Hair Freak. site may be used by Cambodian Hair Freak for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to Cambodian Hair Freak. you irrevocably transfer and assign to Cambodian Hair Freak., and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, “moral” rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. Cambodian Hair Freak. is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the Cambodian Hair Freak. site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.
