We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping within the United States. Orders will ship within 5-7 business days (or sooner) of receiving payment. Orders require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Please remember when ordering, regardless of shipping option, there is a processing time that is required for each order before shipping occurs.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.
All Express Shipments must go through our "Processing Time" before shipping occurs. Express Shipments only mean that once shipping occurs, the method in which shipping takes place, but does not speed up the "Processing Time" which is stated/updated on our "Announcement Bar" on our website. Please contact us to stay updated on the processing time and a realistic measure of when orders will be shipped. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Cambodian Hair Freak to verify we have received your request.
Cambodian Hair Freak is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We will not be liable for any packages lost in transit, cannot be delivered for any reason, damaged products for any reason, reshipping charges, and any incidentals that are out of our control once shipped. Please remember to purchase "Shipping Insurance" at checkout to ensure your package is covered beyond the standard USPS coverage.
We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.
OUR RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES... NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best Raw Cambodian hair. We cannot accept any merchandise back due to the nature of the products sold and its usage. Any order that is sent back without authorization will be to the responsibility of the buyer to purchase additional postage to have order reshipped. If buyer does not purchase additional postage in attempt to force refund/exchange (without authorization), the package/merchandise/order will be destroyed in accordance to Federal Law with regard to returning/exchanging used hair products. Each package will be considered to be used regardless of status for sanitary reasons.

OUR CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION / ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Once orders have been successfully submitted, NO CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS will be accepted and will process/ship in compliance with our Processing and Shipping Policy. Any request to have an order cancelled, modified, adjusted, relocated for shipping, modifications of payment method, inclusion of shipping insurance/opting out of shipping insurance, or any variation of a modification/adjustment/cancellation will be denied and orders will be processed and shipped according to our policy as well as the order sheet we receive.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES of any orders under NO EXCEPTION. Please be sure to ask any questions of our products BEFORE ordering to ensure you feel confident in your order prior to placing it due to this and our Refunds/Returns/Cancel/etc. Policy.
We ship worldwide via USPS International Priority/Express to deliver our products promptly. Cambodian Hair Freak will not take any responsibility nor have any control over customs charges or shipping issues. Please be sure to purchase additional shipping insurance that is provided upon checkout to ensure your package/order is covered in addition to normal standards by our shipping provider.
For shipping issues, we will contact USPS right away to resolve any situations that arise. We will not replace, refund, or return any packages once it has been "Accepted" by the shipping department as well as "In Transit".
For customs issues, we cannot and will not take responsibility or have control over any customs charges in overseas regions. We will not accept returns, replace items, issue refunds, or accept exchanges for any packages refused customs charge or with an "Attempted Delivery", "Delivered" or any variations status indicating the package was "Accepted" or "In Transit" according to the postal office.
